Here are some pics of a recent birthday party we planned in the Portland, OR area. At Events Unlimited we handle all the details- at this party we managed the venue, catering, decor, bar service, entertainment, lighting, valet service, guest check in and presented a very special 60 year old birthday girl with an exquisitely crafted event.

Event Venue :: Portland’s Pearl District
Portland Oregon’s pearl district offers a selection of venues which lend themselves to the needs of different size groups. Events Unlimited is familiar working with many of these venues and would be happy to manage your event. We will determine a venue that is suitable for your group, and work directly with the venue to ensure that all operational needs for event load in, load out, decor, etc… are met. In addition we are able to provide parking management and valet services in order to overcome the challenges that are presented when a venue does not have dedicated parking.
Catering :: Portland Oregon Event Catering
For this event we offered a simple starter salad followed by a choice of delicious Filet Mignon or Baked Salmon Entree and of course a wonderful birthday dessert. Our catering capabilities are limitless- at special events we have provided all kinds of delicious masterpieces that were designed to suit the needs of our clients.
Lighting and Decor :: Event Decor in Portland, OR
For this particular event the venue needed some sprucing up, and we did just that utilizing pipe and drape with sheer fabrics, simple LED lighting strings, and a few up-lights. In addition we brought in several chandeliers that complemented the existing light fixtures. All in all what was accomplished was a simple, warmer, softer- more elegant feel. We also provided all the floral design and table design in house, and provided a full service solution which received nothing but complements from the party guests.
Entertainment Solution
The entertainment for this event was a simple quartet who played during the initial cocktail hour when the guests arrived and through the intimate dinner service. At the end of their act we had a DJ who was ready to get the crowd moving with a personalized selection of music.
At the end of the day, the event we provided was a large success and all the details were managed flawlessly. Another great event planned by Events Unlimited!
